Very bad!! Not being able to see all the images is definitely a factor. Customer service representative was of no help to decide on what package to choose.

Declining for what reason? I have a 600 credit line. Not only have I tried this time, but on several other orders, I have tried to make.

Ordered a diploma frame and class ring for my son. My credit card was charged in April 2024.
However, when received, the glass in the frame was chipped. I called and was told they were waiting on their supplier. I later received an email saying replacement glass would be sent.
Subsequently, I received a piece of plexiglass. I asked for a refund, but still do not have it.
Preferred solution: Full refund

Ordered a college ring in April. Called on May 17 to ask for the status.
Was told it would be about 2-3 weeks. Called again today and was told again, about 2-3 weeks. It didn't take over 60 days to charge my credit card.
It probably only took about 60 seconds. Cannot say it enough - this is the worst company and customer service ever.

No shipping information, unhelpful procedures.
I paid for my kido to get her first year book. Less than a week and a half before the end of the school year and I still have no book.
I called the customer service number to get help. I was informed they they have no shipping information and that only the school has that. You figure when you pay for a product the company that makes them should know when they plan on sending them. I wasn't able to understand the person who I was talking with as he sounded like he was drunk.
So I asked to talk to someone else. Was told there was no one else around. At this point I asked to speak to someone in management and was told there was no one. I said I would wait till someone else could talk to me that I could better understand and was put on hold for about 5 min till I got kicked back into the call que.
Lo and behold another person answered. I could understand them better and they said they have no shipping information on their product and the school should.
As someone who has worked in inventory asset management this seems to be a ill run company with no useful information. Why even have someone answer the phone if they can't provide you with a simple shipment date.

Check on repair status of returned ring that had been repaired with incorrect insignia.
Sent ring back with insignia that had fallen out. They didnt use the insignia I returned but instead installed a beautiful, but incorrect insignia.
I called and expressed concern and it was agreed that it was a mistake and would be replaced with the correct insignia upon return.
I returned approximately 9 weeks ago. I am now waiting on the return.

Stone broke in class ring and missing ston
There is a Crack in bug stone and one of the small stones going around is missing she only been wearing a few months. I made her wait til her school ring ceremony. Plus I have to pay for return shipping.
Ordering ring for current year impossible
How difficult is it to update the year dropdown to include the current year? Evidently impossible.
So, the process is I have to order the ring with the year from last year (2022), then email a customer service rep to update the year to this year (2023).
I bought the ring because it was a graduation gift for my son and the only jeweler associated with the school, but I was steamed the whole time because of this. And customer service was "Unfortunately, that is our current process."

I haven't received an email or anything on the status of my son's class ring. Every time I put in the order number it says not found.
Can you please tell me the status of it. He goes to Woodlawn Leadership academy, name is Tyrique Freeman.

My sons college graduation ceremony is next week and still waiting to receive it!
